1.1. Timeframe for Product Returns:
You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To initiate the return process, the products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

1.2. Non-Returnable Products:

Opened cosmetics and personal care products, hygiene products, and similar items,
DVDs, CDs, and other reproducible media content,
Food items or perishable goods,
Used, damaged, or opened products are not eligible for return.
1.3. Special or Personalized Products:
Products produced or customized based on personal preferences cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

2.1. Initiating a Return:

When creating your return request, please provide your order number and invoice details.
2.2. Sending Returned Products:

Send the product you wish to return along with its original packaging and any accessories to our return address.
The return address will be provided after your request is processed.
Include a copy of the invoice and the return request form in the package.

2.3. Shipping Fee:

For cases such as incorrect or damaged product delivery, the return shipping fee will be covered by our Company.
For all other returns, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Returned products will be inspected within 5 business days after they are received by us.
If the product meets the return conditions, the return process will be initiated.
3.2. Unaccepted Returns:

Used, damaged, opened, or incomplete products will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

For payments made via credit card, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing times.

If the returned product was purchased under a discount or promotion, the refund amount will be calculated considering the applied discounts.

5.1. Exchange Request:

If there is no issue with the product but you wish to exchange it for another product, you can follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
5.2. Stock Availability:

The exchange process may be affected by the stock availability of the new product.
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead of an exchange.
