Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been executed electronically between the Seller, whose information is provided below, and the Buyer, who makes purchases via the website https://www.digicreart.com, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers (“TKHK”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service specified on the https://www.digicreart.com website, ordered electronically by the Buyer, with its features and sales price stated.
3. Product Information and Pricing
The characteristics, quantity, sales price, and payment information of the ordered products have been reviewed by the Buyer before the confirmation of the order and are as follows:

4. Payment and Delivery
Payment Method: The Buyer will make the payment using one of the options provided at the time of the order. The order is confirmed after the payment is successfully completed.
Delivery Terms: The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 5 days by the Seller. If there is a delay in delivery, the Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Shipping Fee: The shipping cost is specified during the payment step and is borne by the Buyer. Free shipping may be offered as part of certain campaigns or promotions.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The withdrawal request must be communicated to the Seller in writing or via a durable medium (e.g., email).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must remain unopened, undamaged, and unused.
Conditions Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised:
Products manufactured upon the Buyer’s request or tailored to their personal needs.
Perishable goods or products at risk of expiring quickly.
Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
Printed materials, digital content, and software.
The shipping cost for returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal is borne by the Buyer. Refunds are processed within 14 days, and the payment is returned using the same method as the Buyer’s original payment.
6. Warranty and Service Terms
Products are subject to the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer/importer from the delivery date. The warranty period is specified in the product features.
7. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
The personal information provided by the Buyer during the order process is used solely to fulfill the transaction requirements. For details, refer to the Data Protection Information Notice.
8. Resolution of Disputes
For any disputes arising from this Agreement, the laws of Republic of Türkiye shall apply, and the courts of the Buyer’s place of residence or the Seller’s location shall have jurisdiction.
9. Effective Date
This Agreement enters into force once it is electronically approved by the Buyer. The Buyer declares acceptance of the Agreement’s terms and confirms their order.
